I went on a girly trip last weekend. While getting ready to go out to eat we realized that we had each brought more than one lipstick. When we pooled them to take a photo, this is how much we had between us. There were four girls, but this was only from three of us (one of us was too slow on the draw to make the photo). And it didn't include several tubes of chapstick.
It's tough being a girl.
My mentor always told me to always wear lipstick, even if you don't wear a speck of any other makeup. She never let me be seen without it. Good advice. She also taught me how to position a napkin on my lap according to appropriate etiquette.
How much lipstick do you (or your spouse) carry?

Actually, I never wear lipstick. I used to carry two or three with me everywhere, but gave up on makeup completely after a while.
I'm so boring. I only own one color of lipstick. I do, from time to time, add carmex, just because I like the smell.
But I really am impressed with the amount of lip decor you all have...wowza!
I always carry one with me, but my husband doesn't like lipstick so I hardly wear it.

I never knew to always wear lipstick until I met a filipino friend of mine who told me that . wierd. I never wear lipstick but I have been looking for some good lipshine . I don't know what color best suits me though ...
I usually carry 2 and a lipgloss!!! I never used to wear lipstick, until I began teaching!! Now that I am a stay at home Mom again, I rarely wear. Once in a while, when I miss applying lipstick, when all the chores for the day are done, I apply some and move around the house. My kids think I am crazy, but I miss wearing lipstick!!!
Lipstick is like shoes to a woman ... ya never have enough.
This is too funny - I know for a fact that I have four different lip glosses/chapsticks in my purse right now. I never wear regular lipstick, only gloss or chapstick.
When I wear it, I usually carry one tube of lipstick and one of gloss :) Though I hardly ever reapply after the first time :)
I don't carry any lipstick on me. In fact, I've never carried any lipstick on me ever. Neither does Jason, though if he did I wouldn't be surprised because he has such pretty lips.
It's actually quite amazing but I don't know how to apply makeup. The only times I had to wear them was for my wedding and maybe a few other fancy occasion when I was in my teen years. Of course, I had to have people help me put it on but I've never actually learned how to apply it myself. :)
4. I carry 4. But only recently. I, too, though make sure I at least have on lipstick and earrings. Makes me feel dressed, even if I am not....
Well, I am not allowed to have an access to my wife's bag... So I am not sure how many she carries:) I hope she has fewer than the sum of lipstick in this photo:)
Wow ladies that's a lot of lipstick! But, hey you gotta have options right? I actually never wear lipstick - I have full lips and I find lipstick makes me look like a clown hehe. I prefer tinted gloss, and I think I have like 4 tubes of that in my bag, all of similar colours but one has sparkles, one has mint so gives a nice tingy feeling, one smells really good, one I only use once in a while. This doesn't include my two tubes of lip BALM. I enjoy being a girl ;)
I have 3 tubes of lipstick in my purse, but it is always so full of other stuff that I have a hard time finding even one. When we go to Guild events, and Rod doesn't want to attend, my best friend always makes sure I have lipstick on before we arrive.
Actually, I'm not a fan of lipstick. But lip gloss is another story! I currently have four in my purse and one in my pocket.
Lip stick, lip gloss: Though I try to contain them, they usually are lost at the bottom of my purse.
I only have one tube of gloss and two lip balms. I tend to use the lip balm.
Lipsticks?---Zip. Zero--- But, I've got about fifty-eleven lip balm/chapstick, though ;D

For me, it's lipstick, and eye liner! Yeah, it's tough to be a girl..
I have lots of lippy, but just carry one with me, along with a lipsalve and a gloss :)

I don't wear it either, but when I put some on for my son's wedding, I got many compliments about how bright and happy my faced looked. Maybe I should go find it again...I could use a bit of cheer around here!
