the prodigal blogger

A little advice:  I do not recommend being without the Internet for two straight weeks, lest you start mumbling incoherently and bumping into things due to disorientation.  I've been there.  It's not pretty.

That's what you get on this blog - good, solid advice.

People of the Internet, blog readers, passers-by: I have had a mess of a few weeks.  Stretched out behind me are fourteen days of Internetless, barren wasteland.  I nearly died.  I couldn't even check email.

I was a shell of my former self.

Anyway, I'm back now.

I know that I promised to explain last week but I'm still tired and now I have a headache.  But I have my beloved Internet back and with it email and blogs.  I just might recover.  I will be back to my usual random-posting and picture sharing self soon.

Right now I need...you guessed it...a nap.

Good night.

Ok, you just sealed the deal for me. I'm lugging my laptop with me on our trip home this Christmas. I was debating about it and almost had myself believe that I can live without the internet for 2 weeks. Thanks for the advice!

Hope you at least enjoyed the past 2 weeks doing whatever secretive stuff you've been doing!

I was worried. Thought maybe your loss of piano teacher had forced you into something rash--like Tibet rash.

Sleep tight, tomorrow will be a better day! I hope! (-:

Two weeks without internet would totally derail my 'post a day for one year' hopes!! PLus, I would shrivel up and become a shadow of my former self without email & chat.
